The nPETS Final Event, held on November 12, 2024, in Brussels, explored the impact of ultrafine particle emissions from transport, in partnership with the LEON-T and ULTRHAS EC projects. The event brought together experts to discuss strategies for reducing nanoparticle emissions and improving air quality. Presentations highlighted the latest advancements in vehicle emissions, low-particle technologies, and the role of cities in enhancing public well-being. Speakers also covered innovations in the maritime and aviation sectors, and ongoing research efforts to address air pollution. The event featured a panel discussion on actionable measures to reduce nanoparticle emissions, with contributions from leading figures in policy and research. The day concluded with a lively dialogue session and final remarks, providing a platform for further collaboration and knowledge exchange on tackling ultrafine particle pollution.
